Watch as the village of Colon (pop 1,200) doubles in size and turns into the Magic Capitol of the World.

Each of the four days ends with a world class magic and variety show held in the air-conditioned Colon High School Auditorium.

Wed Aug 4, Bill Pitts opened the show 67 years ago and will again this year. We also have acts from England & Japan on this show along with Juggler Jim Oakley & Gordon Miller as MC.

Thur Aug 5 features an international 2 time gold medal winner, George Saterial. Mark Cannon will attempt a death defying escape. Chained in an open box below 24 blades of steel, he will attempt to escape before the rope burns through crashing into him. This is only one of a few escapes he will attempt. Mark Merchant, a cruise ship performer, will M.C. this show.

Fri Aug 6 the show will be M.C.ed by Paul Emmick, the Fox weatherman. China's National Champion Liu Zihao will be making his 1st U.S. appearance. Bob Higa features large illusions that are seldom seen.

Sat Aug 7 we have a show featuring Chris Hart (thing in the Addams Family Movie) & John Carney who appeared on the David Letterman show last month.

A Matinee on Saturday which benefits the Colon Lions Club.

5 lectures, magicians performing in the streets, VentOrama, Magic Ministers, a Craft & Arts Fair on Fri & Sat, fire works after the Friday show,one of the most unique cemeteries in the world where headstones memorialize many magicians. a public beach, and much more
