MAGIC Magazine Convention Guide

MAGIALDIA is the biggest festival of this art in Europe. Because of this Vitoria is called European Magic Capital. More than 40 magizians from 10 or 12 different countries are hired to taking part in 70 events and 50 stages every edition. Lots of performances take place in the street and you'll need tickets only for two shows and one banquet so the most part of them are free. The most original event is MAGIC AT THE SHOP-WINDOWS where wonderful artistes have already done their shows, like Tina Lenert, Sylvester The Jester, Losander, Otto Wesely, Norbert Ferre, Arkadio, Soma, Henry Evans, Armando Lucero, Julius Frack, Vallarino, Richard McDougall, Tabary and others. More than 30,000 spectators every year share with us our passion for Magic. And the most important thing is that Vitoria, a small medieval city, one of the principal centers in gastronomy and in the heart of La Rioja (famous and wonderful cellars of wine), where the best Cards Museum (which is called Fournier) is, is completely focused to Magic. Any pedestrian can ask you to do a trick if he or she think your're a magizian.
