Dateline June 13, 2012: The Society of Young Magicians is presenting a youth convention to take place on August 10, 11, and 12 in Warwick, RI. Under one roof, young magicians around the country will gather for a weekend of magic studies. There will also be youth-approved dealers, social activities, chances to perform and test their skills, and extra special fun events to round out the weekend.

This year we are expanding this event to accommodate adult magicians by adding separate lectures, workshops and informal magic and additional activities for all magicians. Bring your spouse, partner, kids and relatives. There are plenty of non-magic activities like a beautiful indoor/outdoor pool, health club, shopping and attractions nearby.

These are two different events sharing only the Gala Show.

The Weekend of Wonder will be for ALL people who have an interest in magic: adults, teens, and kids.

Help the S.Y.M. and enjoy magic. EVERYONE! We need people to fill the hotel rooms and enjoy a weekend getaway. Your stay in the rooms will bring you the extra magic. If you book the room for two nights, you need only pay an amazingly low additional registration fee of $49 per person, and you have an all access pass to every adult event!

The deluxe registration fee of $99 will entitle you to food, fun and magic. All you have to do is fill the hotel rooms for us to get our registration price.

Price considerations: Room rates are $109 per night for single/double. The all-access pass is only $49 per person or $99 for the deluxe registration IF you book two nights at the hotel.
